Portrait of a Cardinal
In recognition of Cardinal Francis George's 10 years of service to the Chicago Catholic community, the Archdiocese wanted a new portrait of the Cardinal. We were honored to be selected as his official portrait photographer for the occassion.
December 7th: The big day arrived, and although Jeff photographs Archdiocese events several times throughout the year, he looked a tad nervous to work with His Emminence one-on-one. In the end, just as he does with so many other subjects who grace our studio, Jeff was able to capture his true spirit through a variety of portraits.

What an absolutely wonderful portrait.
I hope you won't mind the link from my blog at tryon.typepad.com. My husband and I admire the Cardinal very much. You've captured a lively and real expression: well done!
